Villa Lavanda is a beautifully set within extensive private tropical gardens. with a stunning 25m swimming pool (communal) with additional toddler pool set in tropical gardens. This three bedroom traditional villa is on one level with a pretty covered naya to the front. An additional dining area is set under the shade of a large palm tree. The traditional fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. This provides access to a pretty courtyard with a dining area and barbecue with steps to a spacious roof terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and pine woods. Ideal for a spot of private sunbathing during the day or stargazing in the evening. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, traditional integral valencian wardrobes and additional storage.
