Newly renovated for 2020, this is a stunning, one-bed, first-floor contemporary apartment of 40 m2 has a secluded sunny balcony at the rear. The apartment is in a detached building with quiet shop below, and 20 metres from the heart of one of Cornwall's most sought-after villages. It has one double bedroom and, in the living room, a large L-shaped sofa which kids can sleep on at a pinch (bedding is provided) but there is no stairgate for infants. It boasts a wood stove of the highest environmental spec as well as electric heaters powered by solar PV panels on the roof, as is the hot water from the powerful shower. At hand are various shops, restaurants, the famous St Agnes hotel, Nisa mini-supermarket for all your food and drink needs, and a Post Office counter, cash point, craft shop and several cafés. The beach is 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has outside space for safely storing surf boards or bicycles. The inside consists of one-bedroom giving access to the balcony, a small but perfectly formed shower room and a good-sized kitchen/living room with all mod cons provided - 50 inch TV with Netflix and Prime etc, Audiopro hifi to stream Spotify to and watch latest movies.
