Rifugio sul mare is located in the center of a lovely 800 square meter private garden, furnished with deck chairs, outdoor lounge, umbrella, barbecue, outdoor shower and relaxation areas in the shade of the willow and the magnificent reeds. The house has large and beautiful windows overlooking the garden that make the interior bright and comfortable. It has a nice living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, wi-fi, and a small well-equipped kitchen with oven. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one double and the other twin. The central hub of the house is the private garden with direct access to the sea. Essential and elegant solution in the furnishing, equipped with air conditioning located in the atrium of the bedrooms, excellent for refreshing all environments. Mosquito nets present only in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Tourist tax of 1 EUR per person per day for the first 7 days to be paid locally. Bed linen on request. Cost € 15 per person per week for both bathroom and bed. Surcharge on small and medium-sized pets allowed.
