Au Soleil Ocre Avignon is a charming family house of 250m2 comfortable, clean and very well equipped with secure swimming pool (12m x 6m) of Mediterranean style. Ideal for families and groups of 10 to 14 people looking for an exceptional place for a holiday, a birthday, an event, a meeting......... The house is surrounded at 360° by a garden of one hectare planted with essences of Provence and fruit trees without vis-à-vis with large terraces for your aperitifs and barbecues. It is located on the island of Barthelasse (the largest river island in Europe) between the two arms of the Rhône and two magnificent cities: Avignon and Villeneuve-Lès-Avignon (5 minutes by car). In the countryside, you will appreciate a fauna and flora very characteristic of this protected environment, while being in town and very close to two city centers (5 minutes by car). The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor overlooking the garden. It has been recently renovated and air conditioning is present. All our rooms are functional and tastefully furnished. We pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the premises and the preparation of the house before the arrival of our guests. Our rooms are all equipped with high comfort bedding and quality household linen. Special: 4 rooms out of 6 can be prepared either in 180x200 bed or in 2 twin beds thanks to a hotel system (ideal for families and groups - you choose the configuration of your rooms when booking). You will immediately feel at home Au Soleil Ocre! Outside, you will have access to relaxation and leisure areas (petanque, board games, badminton) in the shade of tamaris, pines and olive trees. Free Wifi is available everywhere. The parking (more than 5 places) is closed for your peace by two electric gates. Electric and gas barbecues are available in the summer kitchen.
