Family and friends will have everything they need to rest, take advantage of their time in TURO and enjoy their fantastic private saltwater pool, the charcoal BBQ and play in their great games room! OFFER 2022: THE USE OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER IS FREE UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR    THE HOUSE TURÓ AND ITS SPACE   This house is ideal for bringing together two or three families or a group of friends because of its great capacity and size. The pleasant and intimate garden has an area for sun loungers and a beautiful pool. From the garden in front of the pool, we access the huge game room on the lower floor of the house; where we will find an authentic traditional table football, a ping-pong table, a darts target, a large billiard table and a great "running" machine for the most athletes. On this same lower floor there is a summer dining room with a barbecue and a large Galician granite table to be cool in summer while the family enjoys the garden, the pool or the games room. The house is distributed over 4 floors with air conditioning in all. It has 5 double rooms plus 1 living room, with 5 single beds. There are 6 bathrooms. The two kitchens, the traditional and the summer ones, stand out. The summer kitchen is at the same level as the games room and the pool. There is an area to make paellas, and a large granite table in one piece to eat all together, now this kitchen consists of a new oven. The main kitchen is fully equipped and is on the first floor, at the level of the entrance, where we also have the dining room, large and cool, with direct access to one of the outer sides of the house.On this same floor, there is also the laundry room with an extra fridge and freezer.For a better service to families in the TURO, there is a high chair available and several cots. It has a covered and closed garage, an access rapture and a flat area where a vehicle also fits. Both sets are automatic.   ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER*   The owners have installed new SOLAR PANELS to achieve greater energy efficiency and thus protect our natural environment. Near Barcelona and the Costa Brava very close by car! This house is located in front of the urbanization "Can Teixidor"; prestigious luxury urbanization located in the town of Alella in the Maresme region very well connected 20 minutes from Barcelona. The Alella area is well known for its wines and a very good gastronomic offer. It has nice family beaches. Alella is a tranquil area; it is a coastal city on the north coast of Barcelona, quiet and familiar. You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkelling, sailing, golf, trekking, volley, tennis, paddle. There are many surrounding businesses and coastal towns that offer all kinds of activities that we will be happy to recommend! In Alella and throughout El Maresme there are many restaurants and in summer we have beach bars, here called xiris, are installed on the beaches! Near TURO there is a small area with local shops, bars and a delicious takeaway shop. Also, near the sea, in El Masnou Marina there is a great gastronomic offer! The beach is just 15 minutes from this beautiful house as well as public transport, to go to the centre of Barcelona or to visit the surrounding beaches.     THE REGION    "El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, sunnier and brighter days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains.  The location between small mountains and The Mediterranean Sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, ​​makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation. We have the contact of a taxi driver of our confidence in case you want to arrange your transfer to and from the airport in advance. All services must be booked in advance.- Bus: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.- Train: The nearest train station is EL MASNOU. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 30 minutes.    BARCELONA   It is about 30 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.    INTERACTION WITH GUESTS   We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.It is important for us being able to meet our guests and we like to offer them recommendations. Many thanks in advance, we appreciate your comprehension!    HOUSE RULES   - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by credit card pre-authorization. -All people in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document. Documents will be requested before and during the welcome. -During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. -You must also remove the garbage from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt and we beg you to avoid waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gasTogether we must respect and preserve the resources we have, excessive use can mean that the deposit is not returned in full.    IT'S NOT ALLOWED   - Host or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation.  - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations ...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any unsuitable behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool.The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense. -No guest is allowed to smoke inside the house, if they wish, they can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property.In that case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Student groups are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
