The beach is a few steps away and all the fun of the town is within walking/biking/golf-carting distance. You will find luxury and eco-friendly products including Beekman 1802 Fresh Air toiletries and Mrs. Myers and Method cleaning products and laundry supplies. Your "Art-House" has an oversized deck and landing area constructed of maintenance-free materials, and the home has lush furnishings, and a modern kitchen. Technology amenities include Smart televisions with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime, high-speed WIFI, and Alexa who will play your favorite music and answer any questions you may have. A mini-split heating/cooling system enables individual room regulated temperature control. High ceilings with stainless steel remote-controlled ceiling fans help keep the "Art-House" comfortable. Original art, many by local artists, adorns the space. If you fall in love with a particular piece, check with us to see if it is available for purchase. Point of View is a non-smoking (Website hidden by Airbnb) smoking inside or outside the "Art-House". You will be provided a code for entry to the "Art-House" that will be unique to your stay. Parking is available and shared with the hosts. The space is yours to enjoy! We are available as needed but we also prioritize your privacy and comfort. We will take your lead as it relates to guest interactions. Colonial Beach is a quirky, unique town. Those of us who've discovered it, refuse to live anywhere else! We are a mixture of a laid-back, operating-on-"beach-time", Northern Neck town and a lively, greet-everyone-with-a-smile-and-a-wave, energized community. Colonial Beach offers everything from Tiki bars to art galleries. Gourmet restaurants, art walks, boating, churches, library, museum, live music, performing arts group, birdwatching, dancing, trivia contests, running groups, pickleball, yoga, corn-hole, basketball, tennis, beach sitting...you name it, it's probably happening in Colonial Beach! From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Colonial Beach Trolley takes riders all around the Beach for FREE! In addition to your off street parking, your "Art-House" is located across from the public boat ramp which has ample parking. We are a GOLF CART town. What fun it is to get everywhere on a golf cart! (They are available for rent in town.) We are a small town, so...walking, running, biking are also great ways to see it all. A charcoal grill and beach chairs are located under the stairs. Charcoal grill is available for use on the ground level. Kayak and bicycles use can be arranged with the hosts. We have 3 dogs who are indoor pets but play in the backyard near the "Art-House".
