As we are pet lovers, your pets are welcome to stay at the property. Santa Úrsula is a municipality belonging to the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the island of Tenerife. La Quinta, is part of this municipality. Because it is a very coastal area, located on top of some cliffs, its climate is much warmer than the rest of Santa Úrsula. The house is very well connected and is located in an exclusive residential area. The municipality is endowed with many establishments, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, etc. By car, it is about 10 minutes from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, which is about 9 kilometers. The center of Villa de la Orotava is also at this distance. It also takes about a 10 to 15 minute drive to reach the "Bollullo" beach, with black volcanic sand, between lava cliffs.
