Situated in a sunny position overlooking the lake in the most authentic village on the lake, Argegno. Beautifully appointed with two double bedrooms. Master bedroom with air conditioning and private lake view balcony plus a second double bedroom. For couples preferring to sleep seperately there is a sofa bed located in an additional living space for two more guests accessed via the double room for for guests to use. The main bedroom benefits from air conditioning for an additional charge, pre booked only. The modern open plan living room, with kitchen and dinning area adds to the light and spacious atmosphere. The living area benefits from a stunning lake view terrace from where you can take in the marvel of the majestic view of the lake and mountains, or simply to sit relaxing in the sun and enjoy a glass of Italian wine or a lazy lunch. Four sun loungers as well as a table for alfresco dining are available for you to enjoy outside living here at the home. The apartment is conveniently located just a 10 minutes walk down to the village, where you can enjoy all amenities with local restaurants, wine bars, ice cream parlour, ferry and bus stop to all major towns on the lake. Argegno is popular with locals, the Milanese and cyclists who pause for a coffee in the buzzing piazza full of local life and characters. Every Monday there is a market from where you can sample some great local produce. Argegno also benefits from a pool and lido in the village as well as the swimming pool located close to your home at the residence. The apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy all aspects of Lake Como. Argegno itself is home to lakeside living.
