The Space: Unforgettable holidays overlooking the the sea and the slopes of Taygetos mountain, enchanting sunsets and countless nearby beaches for all tastes in a modern apartment. It consists of a spacious open plan living room, with comfy sofa beds that can host comfortably 2 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and one bright bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms feature one double bed each, and the third bedroom has 2 singles. All the spaces are air-conditioned, while central heating is provided during the winter. TV and free Wi-Fi are also included. A baby crib for toddlers is also available upon request as well as a shared laundry area. There is an exterior WC with no shower in the patio available to the house. In the huge patio there is a chilling pergola where you will enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility any time of the day by the shared pool and BBQ. Amazing choice for all year vacation ! Guest Access: Guests will have unlimited access to all apartment areas as well as the shared garden, pool and BBQ. The Neighborhood: The property is built on the slope of Mikri Mantinia, only 3km to the nearest beach. Within 5km you will find a mini market, bakery, traditional taverns and a few bars for your nightlife. Within a short distance you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as the pebble beach of Akrogiali (3km), the sandy beach of Santova (5km) and Kitries (5km), Mikri Mantineia (7km), Almyros (8km), Kalamata (10km). The international airport of Kalamata is just 25km away. The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest.
