The tram stop line 26 is a few minutes' walk and goes to the Central Station within 15 minutes. All sights are easily accessible from here. You can switch here to all children or public transport and Bike rental is possible within walking distance. Within walking distance from the B&B there are multiple restaurants and bars worth visiting. A supermarkets are around the corner. In the area around the B&B there is the Diemerpark where you can take a beautiful walk or a bike trip along the IJmeer. There are also several scenic walking and biking routes to Muiden or to Waterland that will take you through picturesque towns. In the high season, a ferry service will take you from IJburg to Fort Island Pampus and the castle of Muiden. On warm and sunny summer days you can cool down in the water that lies behind the B&B or on the many small beaches of IJburg.
