Martins Roost Cornwall is situated in a development of similar properties in the Tamar Valley. Ample car parking is nearby. The property has recently been refurbished and central heating is fitted throughout. Free WiFi is provided but being a rural area reception is not always guaranteed. Modern, fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Towels/ bed linen are provided for up to 6 people. Highchair and travel cot are available on request. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge , not to be left alone in the property or allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Shared indoor & outdoor pools included in rental. Please note this is a holiday lodge, not to be used for work purposes.
