Villa Solaria

Villa Solaria, is a luxury mansion, in full sicilian style, dating from the beginning of last century. It owes her name from the incredible microclimate that you can enjoy there, that is always sunny but never hot. Villa solaria is surrounded by two hectars enclosed park with perfect lawn, and full of old trees, palms, lush vegetation and a lot of flower essences. Within the park there is a large swimming pool with lockers room and bathrooms. Villa Solaria is organized in two floors: each floor is about 250 square meters large. At ground floor there are the salon, with a big a traditional fireplace, a private chapel, a veranda and a winter garden, two bathrooms and a professional kitchen. At first floor there are four double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms, and a laundry with washing machine.
