Located opposite York Museum Gardens (just the perfect place to take a break and sit a while in the beautiful gardens overlooking the River Ouse), York Minster, York Art Gallery and the Theatre Royal are just a stones throw away and with plentiful shopping and so many restaurants and bars, you are never far from all that York has to offer. Retaining many of its original period features, three large sash windows and Georgian high ceilings combine to give a bright and spacious feel with open plan living area which overlooks Bootham below.
