Spacious Comfortable Entire Downstairs apartment!

Our lovely downstairs home is conveniently located just a quarter mile from the Gallatin River. This spacious place includes 2 rooms with king and queen beds, as well as a windowless room with bunk beds and a blow-up mattress for extra guests. We also provide a washer and dryer, Wifi, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio area with a firepit. We are just 11 minutes from the airport, 18 minutes from Bozeman, and 1 hour from Big Sky. The perfect place to stay while exploring Montana! Guest access The downstairs and outdoor patio are your private areas. Feel free to explore the garden by the entrance of our property and don’t hesitate to pick the fresh raspberries. Our dirt road is our property line and we ask that you do not cross it for the convenience of our neighbors. Although we recommend sitting by our pond on cool evenings please do not enter the gate and no swimming. Other things to note We have three dogs on our property. They are all very sweet. Two might bark occasionally but they don’t mean any harm. They are also all very good with children.
