This apartment is right in the heart of Tel Aviv and seconds from the sea! It is newly renovated and perfectly decorated. It has large, bright and comfortable bedrooms and is a great place to disconnect from your worries and enjoy your holidays in Tel Aviv! Everything is walkable, bike-able, or a small taxi ride away. THE APARTMENT *Apartment is on 3rd (last) floor, no elevator* Big, full of light and quiet 130 sqm 3 bedrooms, & 2 ½ bathrooms. It is a warm and inviting space to make you feel at home away from home. With a very social living room where you can chill with friends and family, watch movies in front of our HD satellite cable TV or have a dinner party in the dining room with a large table. You can also enjoy the quiet private 23 sqm balcony with great sunlight, or if the sun is too much for you it has a retractable awning that you can adjust to your liking. You can also enjoy the sun chairs, table that seats 6 and even a BBQ provided upon request! Fully equipped kitchen with anything you could possibly need including an oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, washer & dryer and a pantry with plenty of space. Master bedroom is very comfortable with a queen size bed, HUGE closet, a desk and en suite bathroom with a pampering shower. The 2 remaining rooms both have 2 beds and closets which makes it ideal for families or a group of buddies. The two remaining bathrooms are communal, one is a toilet and the other has a walk in shower. A/C in all rooms and of course WIFI. GUEST ACCESS The whole apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi connection and a great Mediterranean breeze. It is very nicely decorated and most importantly - backed up by professional hosts with well over 250+ reviews. Your happiness and satisfaction is guaranteed. All kitchen appliances are included with extras such as coffee, tea, oil, spices, cleaning products etc. as well as the washing machine and a/c unit. The apartment comes with fresh towels and bed sheets. GUEST INTERACTION The FeelHome team is always available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages. It steps away from the Hilton beach and many other hotels, trendy shopping, great restaurants, both kosher or not, and plenty of nightlife. A short ride away from the Yarkon river & park, or in the opposite direction to the Carmel market and the central bus station. GETTING AROUND Being in central TLV it is just 2 min walk from the beach. A bicycle can be rented from me or all over, all public transportation is right outside the apartment that will take you anywhere in the city including buses and the sherut shuttles that work 24/7. From the airport you can either take the train to the Rakevet Mercaz station which is only a 7 min ride, and take a short cab ride from there, or if you want to cab it from the airport it should cost you between 150-200 NIS depending on the time and day of the week.
