The Space: This contemporary apartment is the perfect base to explore our beautiful city! Located in the heart of the city centre you have plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The property is spacious, comfortable complete with two double bedrooms and cosy sofa beds - plenty of room for all! With a fully equipped kitchen, stove top, fridge, microwave facilities for home cooked meals. Relax and Smart TV with Netflix you’ll feel right at home. Our sparkling new family bathroom and ensuite shower room come complete with fluffy white towels and complimentary soaps. Kindly note the building does not have a lift and situated on the second floor. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours so we ask that our guests share the same respect. As our apartment is located so centrally we do need to make it clear there is potential for weekend noise from outside. Getting Around: Everything in the city centre is within walking distance with being so central. However, if guests wish to venture further afield then there are excellent transport links such as Liverpool ONE Bus Station and Lime Street Station only few minutes walk away. There is no free parking available at this property, however we are happy to recommend local car parks for you! We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
