Bellevue is a country house in the Castelli Romani area not far from the beautiful towns of Velletri and Lanuvio well connected to Rome with trains leaving every hour. The location is strategic for visiting Rome, enjoying the peace of the country, either to visit the picturesque Castelli Romani (Nemi with its lake, Castel Gandolfo, Rocca di Papa, Frascati, Ariccia and Albano) as well as, the 'oasis nymph, the villages of Cori, Norma and Sermoneta, the beautiful coast of Lazio (Circeo, Sabaudia, Sperlonga) and the Pontine Islands (Ponza, Ventotene), the Zoomarine attraction centers, Rainbow Magic Land of Valmontone and the Outlet. The house is surrounded by 4000 square meters of countryside with fruit trees, olive trees and ornamental plants, and can accommodate one or more families being composed of: A living area that overlooks a large terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside, the hills and the coast of Lazio lepini and consists of a dining room with fireplace, a living room with fireplace with 1 double sofa bed, a study with a sofa bed a queen, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A sleeping area that overlooks a terraced countryside with trees and has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 1 + 1 single bed, a small bedroom with two bunk beds, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. A large wooden gazebo in the green handles outdoor spaces livable house that also has an above ground pool of 8m in length and a ping pong table. The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioners in the double bedrooms and is equipped with all appliances (TV, satellite, Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc ..). The final cleaning costs (€ 10 / person) and heating (according to consumption) are payable locally at the check-out.
