Hillcrest is a fabulous family holiday home but is equally welcoming to couples wanting space to relax and breathe! It has 4 bedrooms; one king size bedroom with en-suite shower room that also has a wash basin and WC, a double bedroom with estuary views, a twin bedroom with estuary views and another twin bedroom with garden views. There are a further 2 bathrooms for guest use. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped to easily self-cater for a family of 8. There are two reception rooms; one is off the kitchen and has a large dining table and also a sofa and armchairs around a wood burner. The second living room has plenty of soft seating with large Smart TV. The patio doors lead out onto the terraced patio which takes you around the house and up into the sunny, tiered, ample garden. The glorious, sandy Hayle beach is accessible by foot and is just 5-10 minutes away. Hayle’s shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. Hayle’s harbour is a very pleasant stroll from the house too and the views of the estuary are breathtaking. Please be aware that there are steps between the different levels of the garden so small children would need to be mindfully watched! There is free WiFi throughout the house. There is private parking for 3 to 4 cars and is directly outside the house. Up to 2 well-behaved small to medium size dogs welcome (terms and conditions apply with a £30 per pet per week fee). All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate. Please refer to the Rental Agreement during the booking process for our detailed cancellation policy. We do offer a refund structure but on VRBO we have needed to select 'no refund'. We offer flexible cancellation conditions in the case of Covid government travel restrictions.
