Hamilton House 18th Century 4 Bed home by the sea.

Our 4 bedroom home is in the heart of the Middle St Conservation Area, 60 metres from the beach, 2 minutes from the bustling high street full of independent creative shops. There is a cosy local pub just down the road and the best fish & chips in the country (allegedly) a little further on. We love it here and hope you'll enjoy our home as much as we do. Perfect for a family escape, friends reunion of a romantic weekend away from the hustle and bustle. The house comfortably sleeps 8. It was built in the 18th century and still has much of the original wood panelled walls and flooring. It is spread over three floors with a kitchen and dining room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a beautiful panelled sitting room with sea views and wood burner; next door is the main bedroom with large en suite shower. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms, with king size beds, one twin with two large singles which can be pushed together, plus the family bathroom and further shower. There is also a lovely courtyard which traps the sun for breakfast and a garden room which gets the sun late into the afternoon. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY AND DURING PEAK SEASON. WE ONLY TAKE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS EXCEPT OVER EASTER AND CHRISTMAS. There is so much to see and do here in Deal. From castles (Deal, Walmer and Dover for starters), exploring the warren of narrow streets in the conservation area and vintage shops on the high street, to the farmers' market on a Saturday mornings and other quirky one off shops and then of course there's the beach and pier. It is also a couple of miles away from some of the best golf courses in the country. There are lots of great local walks and bike rides so plenty to do! Deal is one of the friendliest places I have ever been too. It is a very happy place and you definitely feel away from it all here. It is such a treat to go to the farmers' market, fishmonger and butcher and buy everything you need for the weekend all with a little chat too. There are lots of great bars and restaurants to try out and lots of live music. Middle Street boats one of the best fish and chip shops in the country. Oh, and the sea front is 60 paces from the front door. Getting here is easy. It takes just under an hour and half from from St Pancras, London, and we are 10 minutes walk from the station passing a supermarket on the way to pick up any essentials. Perfect! If travelling by car there is pay and display parking on the sea front or the main car park. Both a couple of minutes walk from the house. There is also free parking nearby.
