The Suites at Harbourtown are located on the second floor above new retail shops with secure elevator access, private parking, in-room laundry, and touchless fob and key code access. This condo presents a refreshing open floor plan equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile throughout, and marble shower surround. The space is equipped with quality appliances, furnishings, and bedding. The kitchen has all your essentials including cookware, flatware, dishes, toaster, Keurig, blender, microwave and more. The open concept living room has two comfortable sofas that open to sleep two people each. With plenty of seating on the couches and two chairs, the living room makes a perfect spot for relaxing and hanging out with friends and family. There is a flat screen TV in this area as well. There is a slider that opens to a private balcony overlooking Plymouth Harbor and some of Plymouth’s best restaurants. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a large walk-through closet to store all your belongings. There is also another sleeper sofa in the bedroom that can be opened to sleep another two people. The private balcony extends to the master bedroom as well. The unit features a bathroom with a large marble shower. There is in-room washer and dryer as well for your convenience. The third and fourth floor of the building (where the rooftop bar and restaurant will be located) is still under construction. Guests will enter on the first floor and have access to the suites on the second floor via elevator or stairs. The third and fourth floor will not be accessible while it is under construction. Guests will meet the unit owners at check-in and be provided a key fob or if remote check-in, a key code for the door will be provided. There may be minor noise from the fourth floor from 9 AM – 4 PM, but this will be addressed each stay.
