VILLA BARDA - ALBISANO Villa Barda is located in the hamlet of Albisano and enjoys magnificent views over Lake Garda. Private, spacious and modern, this villa lies on a sloping hillside with woodlands. The last 200m of the access road is gravel and the driveway has a steep incline. The villa's private swimming pool is on a lower level overlooking fields and woodland. The only possible distraction is an occasional horseman along the mountain trail or hiker. Torri del Benaco, a picturesque lakeside resort town, is five minutes drive away. Looking down from the front garden, one can see the rooftops of neighbouring cottages belonging to a hotel complex, approximately 50 metres away. Villa Barda, on higher ground, enjoys better views and a more peaceful setting. The interiors are airy, bright and furnished for easy, relaxed living. The upper level is accessed from the parking area via 17 stairs to the open plan living/dining room with two sofas, fireplace, TV and CD player, and kitchen with stove top and oven. Doors open directly onto the garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy beautiful views. From this outdoor area you can reach the swimming pool, located at the back of the property. The bedrooms have screened windows. One bedroom with queen size bed, one twin bedroom (beds can be made as a double), one bathroom with tub and shower and another bathroom with shower. The lower level: a spiral staircase leads downstairs from the upper level. Here there is a large room/4th bedroom which at one end has two single sofa beds and at the other end, a secondary kitchen corner. This room has doors leading out to the pool area. From this room there is access to one more double bedroom and one bathroom with shower and washing machine. This lower level is accessible externally from the pool and the parking area; the kitchen and bathroom on this floor are ideal for pool users. This lower level can be accessed either via the internal spiral staircase or from the pool area, via the patio doors. \*\*\*Please note: dogs are accepted in the villa (fee applicable), provided they are well educated and the gardens are left in decent conditions, otherwise the refundable deposit will be retained.
