If you're into surfing, walking or just chilling out, Treth House is the ideal base. Only 5 minutes walk to Trevaunance Cove, a lovely family beach and also short walk to all local amenities. Treth House is a California-style eco-home in Wheal Friendly Gardens, a secluded hillside site approached by a private road. Wheal Friendly itself - an early 19th century tin mine pump house - overlooks the Gardens from the top of the hill. The whole area has World Heritage status. The house is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The open-plan living area has two French windows with sea views opening on to a large raised deck that faces directly towards the sea, and also looks down the wooded valley towards Wheal Kitty on top of the opposite hill. Can Sleep 6 with 5th and 6th person on a double sofa bed but this is small so comfortably for one person.
