This 200 square meter villa is situated on a hillside near Cannes and Grasse. It has a beatiful view of the surrounding hills, just 40 minutes from Nice airport. It has a nice pool, a pleasant garden and free wifi. On the ground floor is the spacious living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet and shower. On the upper floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom with wc and a tub. Nearby is the medieval village of Auribeau, lots of trails for both trekking and biking, a couple of restaurants within walking distance, Cannes and the beaches of the Medittaranean are just 15-20 minutes drive away. Equally nearby is the city of Grasse with it's charming old town, perfume production and museums. An hour away is Gorge de Verdon, a dramatic canyon that cuts deep and winding through the wild provencial mountains. Rafting is a popular sport on the river at the bottom of the canyon.
