Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, living room with sofa, equipped kitchen, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and washing machine, veranda, parking space, large garden with a wonderful sea view and barbecue. At 50 meters from the property you can find various services such as markets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and so on. The villa is all on one floor. It is about 1.5 km from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, the Grotticelle beach. While walking only 350m away you will find the exclusive beach of Praia i Focu. To reach it, you just need to travel this distance along a dirt path that you see in the 20th photo. To know: - Prices include the consumption of water, electricity and gas; - The apartment has a kitchen equipped with the essentials (the coffee maker, of course, is there!) - The linen service (bed and bath towels) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it costs 12.5 euros per person for the entire stay or whenever requested. If the linen is brought from home, no cost is incurred; - On request, a transfer service from / to the airport and from / to Tropea station is available for a fee; - On request, pets are allowed by paying an extra supplement of € 50 per stay per animal;
