Elegant Roof Deck House is a completely renovated house, 150 m² capable of accommodating up to six people, in the center of the traditional village of Episkopi in the prefecture of Rethymno just 2.5 km from the famous beach of Episkopi. Elegant Roof Deck House can comfortably accommodate up to six people. It has fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for preparing and serving your meals, comfortable living room, as well as a bathroom. You will also find two bedrooms one with double bed 2 m X1.60 and an other one with two single beds, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas to relax while watching TV on the 60” TV with satellite connection and NETFLIX. At this level the guest will also find two bathrooms with a shower, one in the bedroom, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Every bedroom have TV and Air condition. The whole house exudes elegance, functionality and contributes to the absolute rest and relaxation of the visitor. The most impressive part of the house is its roof deck, which has been designed in such a way as to offer complete relaxation to the visitor. It has a panoramic view and a partly sea view, on the roof you can also find sun loungers and comfortable jacuzzi. The roof also has a barbecue that you can prepare your meals as well as a large outdoor dining area to accommodate you, your family and your friends. There is plenty of shops, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, cafes, as well as many famous restaurants with traditional food. Do not forget to visit at a distance of just 5.5 km the famous springs of Argyroupolis and a little further at 12 km the biggest lake of Crete, the Lake Kournas, in both these areas you will find excellent food and Coffee and you will get a taste of the Cretan countryside .
