Beach front apartment with fantastic views and 2 balconies. This 2 bedroom apartment is located on Calis Beach with only the promenade between the complex and the beach. The apartment has very good view over the beach and sea where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The beach is very children friendly. The Calis area is full of good bars and restaurants. This apartment is great for the couple or small family that are seeking a beach holiday in the sun, everything you need close by inc swimming pool, but still be able to sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful sea and sunsets. You enter this modern fully air-conditioned apartment in the open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen. The lounge is furnished with a double sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and seafront balcony with wonderful beach/sea views. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for self catering with a 4 burner hob, cooker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine fridge freezer and all your utensils. You have a shower/wc. The double master bedroom is fully furnished and has a balcony. The single bedroom is fully furnished. The apartment has a camp bed which can be put in the living room or single bedroom thus sleeping 4 guests. Linen and towels included but not beach towels. The apartment manager lives on site and as well as handling you booking is available to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Services on offer include welcome packs, airport transfers, car hire, excursion information, extra cleaning etc etc Sunset holiday Apartment It is non-smoking but you have the balcony where you can smoke if you wish. The onsite pool is open from 9am - 7pm ( mid April - late Oct), their are plenty of sun loungers available and a small kiddies pool. The beach at the front of the complex has sun loungers and umbrellas available for a small charge and is blue flag standard. The regions surf and water sports school and club is just a 10 min walk along the beach and caters for all skill levels and ages. Perfect holiday location To make the most of your holiday you need the best location possible. One that offers privacy but easy access to tourist facilities and nightlife, beaches and amenities. Sunset A12 has a superb beachfront location in the centre of the tourist resort of Calis making it the perfect holiday base. Tourist facilities on your doorstep include bars, restaurants, shops, bazaars, all water sports and wide selection of daily excursions. The historic harbour town of Fethiye is just 4km away and can be reached by public transport, on foot, or bike via the seafront promenade. Travel: The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the Northwest with 45 mins transfer time to the resort. Transfers cost from £70 return for 1-3 people and from £80 return for 4+ people. Transfer fees are payable in sterling to our representative at the resort but full instructions will be provided when you are booking. On arrival there is a cash charge of £30 GBP for departure cleaning.
