Our stunning country villa 'Sunnyside' is located on a vineyard between forests and fields above the Pillnitz Castle. You will live in a lovely renovated cultural landmark surrounded by a 8000 m2 vast garden with a lot of fruit trees, patios and fire pits. In the garden you can play table tennis, in front of the house boules. The vacation apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with separate entrances. They are very tastefully furnished with antiques. You will have a wonderful view of the scenery from all rooms and balconies. If you like to be in South France or Tuscany and prefer a demanding, artistic ambiance, then you will feel very comfortable here. You can go on beautiful hikes right from in front of the front door for 'Sunnyside'. Each apartment has a large compound with an absolutely undisturbed seat with a Hollywood swing. City center - 25 min. to the city center with a car, Pillnitz Castle in 4 MIn. There are countless possibilities on the property to play, relax and if you visit us next fall, then to eat unsprayed apples from the mixed orchards. Further information: If you walk along the Poeten path for 10 minutes from the house, you will get to a look out point called 'Zuckerhut'. From here you will have a stunning view of the historical city center of Dresden and the Frauenkirche. You can go horseback riding by multiple stables nearby. Further details: The house has a moving story and was built in 1904 by a family of nobility from Bültzingslöwen. Until 120, it was a lively meeting point for artists and communal circles from Dresden. For example the Brookhaus family, the artist Paula Modersohn Becker with her husband Otto Modersohn, Russian opera divas and celebrated pianists. Authors, bankers, publishers and artists all have regular entries in the old guestbook.
