Spectacular four bedroom beach house with outstanding sea and country side views, pets welcome. Please note this is a Saturday to Saturday changer over during school holidays. We take short breaks during the rest of year. Direct access to famous Cornish Coastal path and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Fully enclosed garden with outdoor seating on deck and further seating in corner of garden, great for enjoying a beer whilst cooking on the BBQ. Up stairs the king size/twin and double bedrooms have breathtaking sea and countryside views. Open plan living, dinning and fully equipped kitchen, with large conservatory all with amazing sea views . A double bed/twin bed and double bed plus shower room all on ground floor. Off street parking for 3 cars. Upon entering the four bedroom property which sleeps up to 8 persons, you are welcomed into the hallway with two bedrooms, leading to the opened planned living area. The kitchen is well equipped with four ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and convection oven and dishwasher, its is well stocked with all utensils. The spacious open plan living/dinning/kitchen with log burner and has seating for 8+ persons. These room have amazing views of the North Cornish Coast down towards St Ives . Through sliding doors from the open planned area, you can sit in the conservatory, admiring the amazing views and the beautiful enclosed garden. The garden has a large decking area and plenty of seating, great for children and dogs. If you exit the house turn right, you are on Cornwall Coastal path, great for dogs walks and breathtaking scenery The beach is accessible down the coast path and takes 4-5 minutes or you can drive, there is a large carpark at the beach. Porthtowan itself offers a variety of restaurants and bars. The famous Blue Bar is a great place to watch the sunset while having a cocktail. If you would like to go traditional the Victory Inn 5 min walk away. Victory Inn has an enviable reputation for both food and drink. A classic Cornish pub, the menu has something for everyone and always includes fresh fish and shellfish. Serving real ales, plenty of parking and a suntrap beer garden. Sunview is a semi detached house adjoining a fully self contained flat which will be available for rent from May 2020. The flat has one designated parking space on the drive.
