Summary: (Early check in and late check outs are available subject to availability and will incur a small fee), The Space: In the upstairs space, this property has two good sized double bedrooms both with plenty of hanging space and one single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate bath tub. Downstairs has a cosy entrance hall with a downstairs toilet, a warm and inviting living room with a wood burning stove for those cold winter nights! We also have an extendable dining table that can seat up to six people. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay! The garden is safely fenced in with a picnic table for outside dining and a BBQ will be supplied for the summer months. Guest Access: The guest(s) will have full access to the house and all its amenities. The Neighborhood: This property is located in a fantastic area. There are so many beautiful attractions around, such as Bradgate Park with its stunning walks and scenery. The Great Central Railway station for its history. Mountsorrel & Rothley Heritage Centre, Queens Park and Stonehurst Family Farm and Motor Museum. We are also located very close to Loughborough University which is only a 15 minute drive away! There are also many great pubs and restaurants in the area, one of them being 'John's House' which is a Michelin Star Restaurant!
