Located in the Perche Regional Park (Eure-et-Loir), La Prunière is a large house of 130 m2, equipped with internet wifi (+ Netflix subscription), comprising a large living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 5 bedrooms (possibility of a 6th extra bedroom in the attic), a bathroom (+ sink area in one of the bedrooms) and two toilets. The house is equipped with TV, DVD, internet access with wifi connection, netflix, wii, sound bar for smartphone connection with bluetooth listening. Large garden of 4500 m2 with very large above-ground swimming pool of 10mX5m. Many games and outdoor activities on site (table tennis, table football, basketball hoop, badminton / speedminton, zip line, bikes, swings, sandpit, soccer / rugby balls, darts, wooden hut, attic with games for children, etc.). A large amusement park is an hour's drive from the house (Papéa Parc in Le Mans). Located 1h30 from Paris, ideal as a starting point for visiting the Perche region (hiking trails, fishing spots, tennis club, riding stables, 2 golf courses nearby, picturesque villages etc.) but also for spending a day in Paris or Versailles. Located in a quiet area, La Prunière is ideal for family holidays. Local shops 10 minutes from the house by car (village of Thiron-Gardais). Please note: sheets and towels are not provided for this rental. The dimensions of the beds are communicated below to the tenants before their arrival so that they bring their own sheets and towels. Please note that the swimming pool is not open between October 1 and May 15. During the high season period July / August, the minimum rental period is one full week or two full weeks (or 3 or 4 full weeks), no intermediate periods, this in order to facilitate the rental planning for the different tenants succeeding each other in the accommodation. During the winter period, the use of electric heating is included in the rental price per night. On the other hand, the use of firewood when using the chimney is invoiced in addition to the tenants (between 20 and 50 € depending on use / payment in cash on site).
