Villa Graziana is a big house in the countryside with swimming pool and every modern accessories. The holiday home is in Manduria, 2 kilometers away from the city centre. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool, porch, parking area, swings and swing seat in the garden, barbecue and outdoor shower, while inside it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, heating system and television. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed for two guests and fireplace and a well-equipped fireplace. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Every room is air conditioned. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower. The centre with its beautiful old town centre is 2 kilometers away from the villa. The closest beaches are the ones on the Ionian coast, 15 kilometers away, such as Campomarino and San Pietro in Bevagna. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
