The villa is designed with the bedrooms on the ground floor, with direct access out to the pool and the living area with large panoramic terrace on the 1st floor to maximise the stunning lake views. It is light and airy with large patio doors in most rooms. It is stylishly furnished throughout. Ground floor: 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – Bedroom 1 – double bedroom with lake views Bedroom 2 – double bedroom with lake views and direct access to pool Bedroom 3 – double bed + single bed with direct access to pool Bedroom 4 – 2 single beds and space for extra single bed, if required Additional sleeping accommodation is on the first floor with a brand new quality double sofa bed. There are 2 shower rooms on the ground floor level, one between bedroom 2 and 3, with a door from each bedroom, making it an en suite serving both bedrooms. There is also a washing machine. A further shower room is located in the hallway serving bedrooms 1 and 4. First floor: Designed to make the most of the panoramic lake views, the open plan living dining & kitchen area (recently installed brand new kitchen) has full-width patio doors, leading onto a spacious terrace with room to dine and sunbathe. There is a large sofa/sofa bed which also provides sleeping accommodation for 2. Steps lead down to the pool level. The pool area can be gated off for safety. Externally: Private and sunny pool with spacious sunbathing areas overlooking the lake. The pool is open from 1st April to 31st October Car Parking There is ample parking space directly below the property and you can drive directly up to the property to deposit your bags/shopping and then reverse back into the parking spaces. The villa is at the beginning of a single-track(tarmac) road and so is very quiet and safe with maybe 1 vehicle per day passing by. The access road is narrow and steep, so not suitable for minibus-type vehicles. Standard people carriers and normal cars are fine. Additional Information The property has satellite TV There is a large BBQ (wood or charcoal) for guests to use. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. We highly recommend a car, as the walk back from the village of Argegno (approx. 15 minutes) is very steep. Extra cleaning and linen change available on request (chargeable).
