A spacious 4 bedroom family house, totally refurbished late 2019 will accommodate 9-11 people with ease. Downstairs is extremely spacious. Entering through the front door there is space for your coats and boots, leading into a galleried hallway. There is a small downstairs toilet just off the hallway. The fully fitted kitchen is straight ahead, this has ample cupboard space, a Neff double oven and induction hob, large fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped equipped for the cook of today. All crockery and cutlery is provided along with plates, bowls, cutlery and cups for children. Out of the kitchen there is a door leading out onto a patio area. A door from the kitchen leads into the dining room with the utility room to the side. The dining room has a contemporary but comfortable feel, the table will seat 11 plus 2 high chairs. A very bright and sunny room with double patio doors on 2 sides, stepping onto garden and a large patio area. A wireless printer is also available for any occasional copies required. The utility room houses a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron plus a large under counter wine cooler. The Lounge has 55inch Smart TV with a full Sky package and BT Sport. Seating for 9 on a large reclining corner sofa, with sliding doors onto one of the patio areas. The generous sized playroom/5th Bedroom (sofa bed) also has a 49 inch Smart TV with Sky Q and sound bar, DVD player with DVD's and toys for the younger children. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, superking beds and hairdryers. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and Sky TV. One of our Superking beds can be split into 2 single beds if required. The triple bunk bed is suitable for 3 small adults and has a bedrail on the bottom for smaller children. The bottom bunk is a full size double. A travel cot is also available on request. Our family bathroom has a bath with a shower and a non slip child mat is provided. There is a child's toilet seat for any younger guests. We have recently added another bathroom upstairs with a walk in shower. The garden has seating for 16, there is also a Weber Dual Fuel barbecue (no cleaning or fuel provided) and 2 sunbeds with cushions. With a newly completed patio area which runs around the edge of the house there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy the child and dog proof garden. The drive way is at the front of the house and can park 3-4 cars. One well-behaved dog is included in the booking price, any further dogs are at the owners discretion and charged at £50. We ask the dogs do not go upstairs or on any of the furniture. Located in the wonderful village of Rhosneigr and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and all local shops, pubs and restaurants.
