Traditional Mallorcan house located in the center of the island. It consists of two floors. On the ground floor, we find 2 bedrooms, doubles, with two single beds each, in addition to a large living room and dining room, and the fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with shower. On the top floor, we find 2 double bedrooms, in addition to a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful terrace with incredible views of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is a single-family house, it can be accessed by two streets: by the main entrance and by the garden entrance. There are different spaces in the house: porch, pool, terrace, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, bathroom, leisure area ... All areas of the house are fully equipped to enjoy your vacation. On the first floor there is a solarium terrace overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana and the Pla de Mallorca. The house is located inside the town, you can access shops and supermarkets easily, on foot. There are also some restaurants in the town square. This is located in the center of Mallorca, ideal for cycling routes, as well as knowing another rural Mallorca. By car it is fifteen minutes from the beaches of the north of Mallorca. The town of Maria de la Salut is very quiet and cozy.
