The Ausgugg is located in the 1st floor of the Riedz and offers a beautiful view of the Nordkette. On warm summer nights, the balcony provides enough space to relax after an exciting, eventful day. What else awaits you in this apartment? A big rain shower, loads of Internet (free WIFI), a flat-screen TV (with cable connection), a safe, linen, towels, a blow-dryer, tyrolean shampoo (in the dispenser in the shower) and a fully equipped kitchen just waiting to be used! Even a parking space is available on site on request and extra charge. The safety of our guests is important to us. That is why the RIEDZ has a state-of-the-art and secure key system that only allows guests to access the house. In addition, guests can use the drying and ski room as well as a washing and drying machine in the basement. Free WIFi is available throughout the apartment house. Our little front desk is open from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pm and we're happy to help you with any kind of question. Otherwise, plenty of folders at the entrance area inform you about Innsbrucks sights, latest events, activities, public transportation and close by restaurants. There's a parking place allocated to each apartment, situated behind the Riedz. Check in starts at 4 pm, and check out is possible until 11 am. Usually we will welcome you on your day of arrival. In case you arrive late at night there will be your key waiting for you in our keybox, right beside the entrance. The first cup of coffee/tea is also provided upon arrival and to indulge a small and immediate craving, the snack machine right at the entrance might fulfil your needs. For a bigger appetite you might prefer to shop at the nearby bakery and grocery store, where you'll find everything you need to prepare a delicious homemade meal which can be cooked in your small but exquisite apartment kitchen. Good quality restaurants are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a bank, a confectioner... so everything you need can be found within walking distance. A church in the neighborhood may delight guests with its bells from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but may also disturb some.
