Fantastic, magnificently peaceful location along a forest, with the view of Traunstein and yet only 300m away from the lake. Both the floors are comfortably and tastefully furnished and connected with a spiral staircase or through a forest road outside. From the large living & bedroom with four-poster bed you can have a beautiful view of the forest. From there you can either enjoy your breakfast on the small wooden patio or in front of the forest hut in summer, which lies right next to a small forest creek. You can also barbecue and spend the night there in summer (sleeping couch for 2 persons). On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom, sauna and a wintergarden for a cosy get-together, bathroom with shower and toilette and a small kitchen. Preferably rented out for non-smokers. Pets not allowed. Also included in the rent: A well-stocked refrigerator for first breakfast and a homemade Kaiser bundt cake as welcome snack.
