Located within a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is within easy walking distance of ample local shops and amenities, including a train station. Well located for visiting Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow, as well as the many golf courses throughout Fife. The Ferrytoll Park and Ride is under a 5 minute drive away, where you can take the bus to Edinburgh in around 30 minutes. The house benefits from a smart TV, Wi-Fi, internet, large enclosed rear garden with patio and barbecue area (charcoal barbecue), private parking to the front of the property, log burner, gas central heating and double glazing. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers for storage. Rosyth is centrally located and therefore a good base for visiting Edinburgh, Stirling, Glasgow, Perth or the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. The historic town of Dunfermline, with its impressive Abbey and also famous for being the birthplace of Andrew Carnegie, is a short drive away, where you will find a shopping centre, an array of bars and restaurants and a leisure centre. Pittencrief Park is located in Dunfermline's Town centre, where you can enjoy walks, or a cycle through the many pathways, spotting the wildlife (including peacocks), the children's play park, or visit the Glasshouses, which have a variety of exotic and tropical plants. The award winning Silver Sands beach at Aberdour is around a 10 minute drive away and offers a restaurant on the beach front, where you can enjoy the sea views. The 3 iconic Forth Bridges over the Firth of Forth are less than a 5 minute drive away from the house and are definitely worth seeing. There are a few tour operators who organise sightseeing tours of the Firth of Forth and the bridges by boat. There are good transport links available.
