Guest Two

Guest Two is one of the two rooms I’m giving out for Airbnb access. I’ve a 2 family house and I occupy the first floor with 3 bedrooms one of which is master bedroom where I live with my wife and the other 2 rooms is used for the Airbnb. There’s a private bathroom which will be shared by the guest in their respective individual rooms. You have access to central AC and heat as well as Verizon cable and Internet . JFK is 8-10 min from me. The green acres mall is 5 minutes within reach. Smoking is at all times prohibited in the room . Smoking can only be done outside and guests found in violation of this by smoking in the room can have their reservation canceled. Guests can access the living area and use the kitchen where there is a microwave and also a stove to cook if they so desire . There’s a laundry room in the basement but guests will be required to pay a small fee to be able to access and use the washer and the dryer . Available for text and calls at all times My place is a 2 family house and I live on the first floor. It has 3 bedrooms one of which is a master bedroom where I occupy with my wife. The other 2 rooms is what I’ll be using as Airbnb rooms . There’s a clean and beautiful bathroom which will be shared by both guest. Also available is a laundry room at the basement that can be accessed at a small fee. My place is very close to the Green acres mall where u can have access to all the major retail shops and good restaurants. Also I’m only 8-10 minutes away from the JFK airport with a taxi cab. U can read more on my description column. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s very safe for late walk home from your daily errands. There is always free streets parking available and if in case u don’t find one my driveway is always available for guest to feel free and park at no cost. Bus Q111 is 2 minutes walk from me. U can take that to the jamaica Centre where u connect with trains at the subway. The LIRR ( the Long Island Rail road ) is also almost 8 minutes walk from me at Laurelton station. Only reservations for a minimum period of one (1 ) week will be accepted. In the midst of this pandemic certain measures become necessary to keep us all safe. Many Thanks for the understanding
