Although the cottage is in a rural location it is in walking distance to a local pub and a 2 minutes walk to Winfrith post office which sells home made bread and locally sourced food. Up the winding stairs the cottage has 2 interconnecting bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a downstairs bathroom with power shower and bath. In the sitting room there is a wood burning stove. Modern gas central heating is throughout. A well equipped kitchen with electric oven hob , microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and integrated washer drier. Please be aware that as it is a 18th century cottage there are low beams and door frames. The garden has a seating area, summer house and barbeque with parking for 2 cars off road. Please be aware that during busy periods from May June July to end of September 7 days stay of Friday to Friday One well behaved dog considered. 10 pound fee for dog.
