Enjoy the SPA, the swimming pool while contemplating the sea and its legendary Genoese tower, enjoy the beach less than 4 minutes away on foot. Rentals take effect on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. and end on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. We usually rent the house from Saturday at 16:00 to Saturday at 10:00.  LOCATION Our fully independent villa is located in Capo di Stelle, a quiet and peaceful area where a dozen families reside.The lane serving this residential area is a private dead end, secured at the entrance by a metal gate.  DESCRIPTION - 1 large living room and its pleasant American kitchen, extended by a huge balcony, with an incomparable view of the mountain and the sea and its Genoese tower. Each room is air conditioned, with private bathroom and WC. - 2 independent bedrooms, sea & mountain view, - 2 bedrooms, sea view, - 1 bedroom, pool view, - 2 fireside chairs  SECURITY DEPOSIT: (damage to furniture) The deposit of € 1,500 is required in the event of damage committed by the tenant.
