4 bedroom detached house in the heart of Chagford

Belaire is a beautifully presented 4 bed detached house situated in the heart of the ancient stannary market town of delightful Chagford, with close views of the Grade I listed Church of St. Michael the Archangel. Whilst Belaire boasts it's own private setting, it is less than a one minute walk to the various shops, cafes and pubs. A quaint stream runs through the large garden and there is secure, off road parking for several vehicles. We allow 2 dogs at the property at an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dogs are to be kept off all furniture and to remain downstairs throughout the stay. Belaire is a strict, no smoking property. All linen and towels are provided. The utility room has a washing machine. The kitchen has a Lacanche range cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. We have a working Hetas installed wood burner as well as a gas mains boiler and central heating radiators. We give a 20% discount for bookings of 7 days or more.
