The apartment is located on the picturesque hills of Abruzzo, famous for the production of wine and olive oil, a stone's throw from the sea. The stay in our apartment is a great solution for those seeking tranquility, while wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the coast. The area also offers opportunities for lovers of cycling, skiing, trekking and horseback riding. There are ideal landscapes for photography and painting enthusiasts. There are also tours to visit the sites of interest inland, such as the castle of Rocca Calascio (famous for having made the setting of the movie Ladyhawke) or the Bourbon fortress of Civitella del Tronto. In the area you can also spend time in the spa, surrounded by green hills. Guests can use a completely independent apartment, equipped with a double bedroom with bathroom, a large living room with a new kitchen with all appliances and a double sofa bed, ideal for one adult or two kids/children. The apartment is also equipped to accommodate children; in fact it is equipped with high chair and cradle. Behind and in front of the building, and also in the immediate vicinity, there are totally free parking lots, both during the day and during the night.
