Fisherman's cottage close to Looe's harbour

Jessamine Cottage is a fully restored former fisherman's cottage located in the heart of West Looe. The cottage dates back some 300 years and is arranged over 3 floors. Sleeping 7 (2 x doubles, 1 x single & 1 bunk bed), it is perfect for both smaller and larger families alike as well as couples. Renovation work was completed in summer 2017 following a full 12 month back-to-bricks rebuild programme that included replacing floors, walls, windows and doors. The house has retained much of its original character and regained some charm as previously hidden fireplaces have been rediscovered. The house is less than a two minute walk from Looe's bustling harbour and the ferry to East Looe. It is also ideally positioned close to the coastal footpath to Talland, Polperro, Lantic Bay, Polruan and Fowey. The house is equipped to a very high standard including high quality bed linen and towels. Guests will appreciate the attention to detail. The house has the benefit of an allocated parking space in the Millpool carpark (a 6 - 7 minute walk) as well as wifi broadband.
