The majority of the apartments are duplex apartments and extend over the upper and top floors of the house.  The apartment 1 on the ground floor has a terrace, the units upstairs have a balcony or a closed loggia. The house is a Non smoking object. To the complex belongs a generous Innenbreich with garden, in which a sitting area for our guests is. Scheduled from spring 2019 also WLAN is available.
