Nice apartment, recently renovated and redecorated, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, on the beachfront and overlooking the sea. The apartment is on a second floor in a building with elevator and parking. There is also free wifi. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both with built-in wardrobes. All the beds have confortable, high quality matress with viscoelastic, recently purchased. The kitchen is opened, with a large and useful breakfast bar and fully equipped with new appliances: dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Large terraze with sea and mountains views. With chairs and table for lunch and dinner. Also with a confortable deck chair for the siesta. Air conditioning installed in the living room. Enough to conditioning the whole apartment. Surface 57 m2 You are allowed to use all the whole apartment without any restriction. You can use the private parking for the residents of the building. We will give you the remote control for the fence to access to the parking. There's no a parking place assigned. You con use the elevator of the building Jose and me (Marta) will receive you personaly at your arrival. We will show you the apartment and explain you what ever you need. It will be our pleasure to help you during your stay at our home. Our priority is to make you feel like at your onwn home. We can suggest excursions, outings, restaurants in the area and surroundings. We live in Barcelona but we love the Costa Brava, its towns and its beaches Located on the beachfront and a few meters from the main street of Platja d'Aro. Close to restaurants, supermarket (just in front of the apartment), pharmacy, shops, ...
