This apartment is brand new and will delight you with its position, its comfort, its designer furniture, its calm. High speed wifi is available in the apartment. Toulouse is a 5-minute walk from the Alsace Lorraine pedestrian street and the breathtaking Saint-Sernin cathedral and 12 minutes from Place du Capitole. Matabiau train station is a 5-minute walk away, Jeanne d'Arc metro and Matabiau train stations are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the airport shuttle stops. An Airbus shuttle has a stop 150 m from the house along the Canal du Midi. Two vélib stations in the city of Toulouse are 100 m from the house. The Canal du Midi and its cycle path are accessible in 1 minute! You can store your personal bicycles in our cellar. Take advantage of the village atmosphere of the Chalets district in the heart of the city with its small side shops on rue de la Concorde. The Crystal market and the Halles Victor Hugo are quickly accessible on Boulevard d'Arcole from Tuesday to Sunday. The flea markets of Saint-Sernin are held every Sunday morning. The Toulouse located behind the street has a courtyard on the facade with garden furniture and deckchairs where for over a hundred years a muscat vine, a rosebush, some shrubs and flowers have been growing since spring. It also has a sheltered balcony where you can relax. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a cupboard with shelves and double wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto a private exotic wooden terrace, equipped with a white garden furniture via a French window with an electric shutter. In a large closet in this courtyard is a washing machine available for our guests. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door. The living room is equipped with an American kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave grill, a hood, a dishwasher and all the dishes and utensils. Salt, sugar, oil and vinegar are available as well as all cleaning products. A 120 cm sofa bed sleeping in rapido system for one person, an aperitif table, a large flat screen TV and its furniture, a desk and its armchair, a large mirror, one or two high tables and 4 armchairs complete this equipment. The window overlooking the front garden is equipped with an electric shutter. Parking space 7 € per night (decreasing beyond one week) in a secure garage located  200 m from the house. Sheets, towels, tea towels provided and changed weekly at your request. We ask for the payment of a deposit in order to confirm your reservation.
