Cozy older home with plenty of space for everyone! This home is open and warm with all its quirks, like a spiral staircase leading to the loft. There is also a large backyard with a covered patio. This property sits in a quiet neighborhood away from the city but still very close to all of San Antonio's major attractions and military bases. Many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues close by perfect for families or those traveling for business. Home has spiral staircase that may not be suitable for young children. Garage is not available for use. There are two parking spots on property. Please remember this is an older home. It is cozy, warm, extra clean and has lots of open living space. Fast internet speed and WIFI available for you to enjoy. What I like about this neighborhood is I can drive 20 minutes south to the big city of San Antonio or drive 20 minutes north to the picturesque town of New Braunfels. Public transportation is three blocks away. Several major highways surround the neighborhood. Everything is bigger in Texas so a car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available. Only 2 TV's in the house, living room and master bedroom.
