WG GF 4 WE (2/3/11/16): The large family apartment 2 consists of 4 separate apartment in the object Zum Seglerhafen. The apartments are located throughout the house and are located on the ground floor (WE 2 & 3), as well as in the upper and attic and are Maissonettewohnungen. The composition refers to the Fewos 2-3-11-16, but is variable. Together they have a size of about 250sqm and can accommodate 18 people (15 people and 2 infants up to 3 years). This combination is therefore ideal for a holiday with the extended family or a larger group. The separate apartments are divided and equipped as follows: All apartments are equipped with an open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Apartment No. 2 is a 86qm large apartment and is located on the ground floor of the house, has a separate and disabled access. It has 2 bedrooms, 2x with double bed. On the left side of the spacious hall extends the large living room with sofa bed and open, fully equipped kitchen. From here you also have access to the terrace. The living room is adjoined by a separate open dining room.  The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower. The apartment 3 is 73sqm and is also on the ground floor of the house. About the small hallway you get into the two bedrooms, which are equipped with a double bed and a large closet. Furthermore, you will find here the living room with sofa bed and open, fully equipped kitchen. From here you also have access to the terrace, overlooking the courtyard and the marina. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. Apartment 11 is a Maissonette apartment and extends over the top and top floor of the house, as well as a highlight a tower room. In the lower part of the apartment you will find the bathroom with window and bathtub, as well as 1 bedroom with double bed.  The staircase leads to the upper area, where you can expect an open spacious living area with sofa bed and open kitchen area, as well as access to the balcony. From this you have a phenomenal view of the marina and the Bodden. Via a spiral staircase you reach the tower room with the second bedroom with double bed. The apartment no. 16 is located on the first floor of the house and is a combined living room / bedroom with balcony. In the living area with a comfortable couch, close both the open sleeping area with double bed on one side, and the fully equipped open kitchen with dining area on the other side. From the sleeping area you have access to the balcony.  To the app. also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Pets are allowed in all accommodation units. Linen packages can be booked for the price of 15 EUR per person, as well as travel cot and high chair if you are traveling with small guests. Please indicate these things when booking. On the ground floor of the house is a lounge with table football, air hockey and flat-screen TV, which may be used by all guests. The apartment complex - Ferienresidenz Zum Seglerhafen - is located in Peenemünde, not far from the Peenemünde harbor. The facility consists of 17 residential units, from the 1-room app. to the 4-room apartment with 3 bedrooms. The apartments are between 43 and 130sqm in size and are both ground floor on the ground floor of the house, as well as upstairs. The majority of the apartments are duplex apartments and extend over the upper and top floor of the house. All units on the ground floor have a terrace, the units upstairs have a balcony or a closed loggia. The house is a Non smoking object. To the complex belongs a generous Innenbreich with garden, in which a sitting area for our guests is. Wi-Fi is available from spring 2019. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, as well as travel cot and high chair if you arrive with small guests. Please indicate these things when booking. For each apartment includes a lockable shed and a car parking space (apartment 5 and 11 - 2 parking spaces).  Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
