It sleeps ten people. From Villa Gramigna you will enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Gramigna is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden and winter heating. You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Todi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles). You will reach Villa Gramigna from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Gramigna you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September. Garden The garden is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Umbrian countryside. Ground FloorPatio The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Living Room The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
