Beautiful Country Style Home near Nafplio

Our house is an ideal place for those who seek relaxing stay when at the same time they would like to be close to Nafplio. It lays at an estate with cottages, outside the city, which is an ideal place for relaxing vacation. It is fully equipped, it can accommodate easily up to 4 people and it provides all the amenities possible so that you will miss nothing during your stay. The house is also pet friendly, as it has its own private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Apart from that, our estate provides a small farm with animals which makes it ideal for children and families.We also have our own melon field, so that guests can come closer to the rural lifestyle and participate in rural tourism activities. Guest Access The house consists of 2 floors: ground floor and semi-basement. It also has a big private garden. Ground floor: - One bedroom with double bed (160x200) -Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, cutlery, utensils, pans, dining table, microwave) -Comfortable living room with sofa, television and fireplace. -Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Semi basement: -Cosy bedroom with one double bed (160x200) and one semi double bed (110x200) -Big closet. -Big terrace with outdoor furniture and garden -Barbecue facilities Included during your stay: -Shower gels and shampoos -Clean bed linen and towels -Wireless internet connection -Air conditioner -Heating -Hot water (solar panel) -Private parking place -Wood and charcoal for fireplace and BBQ. Interaction with guests You can meet with me at your arrival in order to give you the keys and guide you to the house . As I grew up in Nafplio, I can give you any information about the surroundings and what you can do during your stay. Generally I try to make my guests' stay as relaxing and peaceful as possible so I only come to the house when it is asked or permitted. Guests can always reach me through telephone or email. Other things to note -Free maps and information for the city are provided. -Flexible hours of arrival and departure, upon request and availability. -For long term rentals, we usually our guests can taste some of our homemade products from my family’s farm (eggs, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, herbs, marmalades). I would like my guests to feel as comfortable as it is their own home and have a nice time during their stay in the city.
